A summarized history of the Confectionery Manufacturers Cooperative Company From the beginning of establishing the Association of Iranian Confectionery Manufacturing Companies, the connoisseurs of this industry founds its necessity in organizing the cooperative company that fortunately with the help, support and effort of beard of directors and the respected members of the association, the cooperative company had been registered on 23.04.1998 with the number of 139490 in companies and industrial ownership office.

The main activities and aims of cooperative company

The company activity is based on 2nd article of company’s fundamental and it is for supplying the essential needs of member in the framework of general interests and decreasing costs and expenses that its limits and regions are as follows:

1. Supplying products raw materials, services, equipments, means and the other necessities of company members from all around the world by observing the legal regulations and presenting them with appropriate prices according to issued principles in company transaction by-law.

2. Providing the necessary facilities for packaging and standardization of member’s products.

3. Establishing a store and also holding exhibition, organizing agents or branches all around the world that if necessary participating in exhibitions for marketing and presenting sale & issuance of deposited products or purchasing members products by observing current rules and regulations.

4. Supervising the consumption of raw materials that has been received by members and applying appropriate encouraging and punishment methods in order to promote the qualitative and quantitative level of the member’s products.

5. Presenting educational services required by personnel in professional, technical and expertised fields related to cooperative company services in case of need by coordinating with the ministry of cooperation and the other competent authorities.

6. Cooperating with the cooperative company directors, experts and inspectors in performance of their legal duties in needed fields.

7. Performance of the other activities relating to the company aims.
